We specialize in personal training and are eager to help you achieve a fitter, stronger, and healthier body. And with a fit body and a fit mind, you’ll enjoy more of the things that are important to you in life. That’s a certainty, so we’ll do our best for it.

In Small Group Training, you train in a group of 4 to 6 people. The group dynamic and our personal trainers will push you further than you would on your own, yielding quick results! Enjoyment and intensity guaranteed!
Fit colleagues mean less absenteeism and a better atmosphere at work. We are happy to visit your workplace.

During the introduction with your personal trainer, you make all your wishes known. We establish the objectives and conduct a baseline assessment. Here, we map out your overall condition, from body fat percentage to blood pressure to physical issues.
Based on the measurement data and objectives, we develop a customized training schedule and action plan. We then set the desired training times and locations with you: the fitness center, at your home, or outdoors.

We also train actors who need to get ready quickly for a new role. But just as fun are the students who want to improve their lifestyle with our help, mothers who want to get back in shape after pregnancy, and older people who want to stay active. Personal Training is also ideal if you want to lose weight. Of course, you have to do the work yourself, but our personal trainers are your motivational support. Together with your trainer, you will set a realistic target weight. Together, you will pull out all the stops in a fun way to reach that weight. Often, this results in a tighter figure, more energy, a healthier body, and a happy mind! The focus is always on realistic goals with a sustainable result. Once you’ve lost weight, you naturally want to maintain it!
We offer various training sessions and packages. The rates for personal training in Utrecht vary by package. Before you commit to anything, you can always take a free, no-obligation trial lesson to see if there’s a match.
Apart from our fixed location (old Wolvenplein 27 prison), we also come to you for Personal Training. We are available throughout Utrecht. This includes areas like Zuilen, Leidsche Rijn, Overvecht, Lombok, Wittevrouwen, Kanaleneiland, Oog in Al, Rivierenwijk, Vogelenbuurt, Tuindorp, Rijnsweerd, and Utrecht-East. If you don’t live in Utrecht but nearby, our trainers will also gladly come to you, to places like Maarssen, Vleuten, or De Meern.
